The confession affirms that the church is charged to call the Jews to repentance and to baptize the believers in the name of Christ for the forgiveness of sins. The refusal to evangelize the Jews "for cultural or political reasons" is disobedience. -- Dietrich Bonhoeffer (Bethel Confession, 1933)

Objectives, Values and Mission

The Objectives, Values and Mission of Tzedakah Ministries

There is not enough space to list all the objectives of Tzedakah Ministries.  However, they can be summarized by this one statement – “to create awareness of the need and provide tools for Christians who want to share their faith with Jewish people.”

The primary core value of Tzedakah Ministries is the need for Christians to recognize the primary of Jewish evangelism.  This primacy can only happen when the church accepts the privilege of following and obeying Romans 1:16.

The mission of the ministry is simple – “to provide Christians with the Scriptural knowledge, spiritual resources and practical applications for the presentation of the Gospel to the Jewish People and to provide for the discipleship of new Jewish believers.”

If you would like a complete listing of the ministry’s values and objectives, please let Tzedakah Ministries know.

The next issue of Tzedakah Times will focus  on the ministry’s “Statement of Faith.”
